The engineering offices are equipped with the latest computer technologies and workstations. Our design engineers work with brand new computer CAD workstations and the latest advanced engineering software packages such as Pro-Engineer, IDEAS, Pro-Mechanica, SolidWorks, AutoCad, and advanced software packages for the preparation of parts manuals such as FrameMaker and Illustrator. High-speed, broadband internet connections ensure the delivery of drawings in real-time environment. Working two full shifts per day from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. means that the engineering tasks are completed rapidly and cost effectively.

Design work is conducted for a variety of American and European clients, all giants and leaders in their industries, utilizing the advanced and powerful tools of the Pro-E Design Engineering and Modeling Software. Advanced FEA and load/stress analysis is also conducted on a routine basis by the mechanical engineering division. Our engineering staff (in excess of 60 engineers today) is characterized by highly educated engineers with university degrees up to doctorates, and years of practical design experience to draw from when tackling customer projects. Legacy conversion projects are also an excellent project for saving money for existing engineering drawing packages that need electronic upgrading.
